Job Summary:

The Team Members of Novant Health Davie Medical Associates have provided comprehensive, quality medical care to families in the Mocksville and greater Davie County areas of North Carolina for more than 25 years. Our physicians are board certified in family medicine, have extensive training with a passion for caring for patients from infancy through adulthood.  We’re a practice that’s heavily involved within the community through volunteerism, outreach, education and community partnerships with a corporate goal of providing consistent remarkable care. 

Novant Health Davie Medical Associates is currently seeking a registered nurse Clinical Supervisor II, (CS II), to join our growing family.  This role is responsible for planning, organizing and directing day to day clinical activities while providing quality patient care throughout the practice.  In addition the Clinical Supervisor II will interact with and lead a team of approximately 19 FTEs while accepting responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with Novant Health’s current policies and procedures.

Because of our long standing presence in the community, the Clinical Supervisor II will establish and maintain authentic personalized relationships with patients and their chosen support system.  It will also be imperative that the CSII collaborate with the physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal healthThe CSII will also be expected to utilize the best scientific evidence and compassion to assist the patient in navigating their health journey.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associates degree required from an accredited institution is required Bachelor's degree preferred. BSN preferred.
  • Two years of nursing experience required. With one year of supervisor experience preferred
  • BLS Certification
  • Current RN licensure in appropriate state required. BLS Healthcare Provider required
  • Excellent human relation skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Must possess leadership and problem solving skills and experience working with diverse populations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Associates degree in nursing
  • Ability to orient and coach team members as necessary
