On Wednesday, June 20, we will be converting to a new applicant tracking system powered by iCIMS. Our new system will allow you to mobile search and apply for jobs; CONNECT with us to leave your contact information and a resume for future consideration for jobs of your choice. We are making it easier for you to search, apply, or just sign up to receive alerts when your dream job does become available.

We are also working hard to ensure that the transition to the new system is as convenient for you as possible. For that reason, we will have a brief black-out period beginning Thursday, June 14 through Tuesday, June 19 where you will NOT be able to apply for jobs in the old system or in the new system. This is the time that we will be loading all active vacant jobs into the new Novant Health/Novant Health UVA Applicant Tracking System. On Wednesday, June 20, when all vacant jobs are loaded

Earn $1500 for making a referral

Refer a friend with acute care nursing experience: $750 at team member’s six-month and one-year anniversary

Eligibility requirements:
  • Referrals are made for acute care facilities only.
  • Team members in management and HR are ineligible.
  • Referred RN's must have a minimum of one year recent acute care experience.
  • Referred individuals must be hired for a full-time, benefit-eligible position and maintain benefit eligibility.
  • Referred individuals cannot be employed currently or in the past 12 months by Novant Health.
  • Referring team member’s name must appear on the online application as the referral source
  • Both the referring team member and the referred candidate must remain employed during the entire payout period to receive the bonus. The referred candidate must maintain full-time status for the bonus to be paid.
